Plea In Abeyance for Crime Involving Moral Turpitude

I am in F1 opt status. In Sep, 2010 I got cited for "Sex Solicitation" charge. I feel like a dumb for not understanding "blowjob" at that time and ended up getting into trouble. I am cited for class B misdemeanor.

I was given "plea in abeyance" to complete certain requirements. I didn't plead guilty to the crime because I didn't feel I did anything to plea guilty. However I did complete the requirements offered by PIA just to make sure that I am not breaking anylaw unknowingly.

I am debating if I should accept the PIA or fight for this case. It's already been 7 months for the last date I was cited and judgement hasn't been placed yet. I hired a lawyer but that turned out to be useless. So I fired him and talked to the public prosecutor personally. I explained him the whole situation and he went in to talk to the judge. The judge is not willing to dismiss the case.

I am in real confusion as I seriously don't have enough money to pay for another judge. If I take it to trial and get convicted, then I am in even more trouble than now. What are the options I have? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What State did this happen in? What is the actual statute or code citation for both the "charge" and the "plea in abeyance"?

Immigration law punishes prostitutes and pimps BUT lets the "customer" (john) off the hook for the most part.

The whole concept of a plea in abeyance is to "teach you a lesson" and "make you squirm" by making you take a class, get counseling, perform community service, serve a probationary period (usually "informal" dircetly to the judge), and/or pay a fine THEN dismiss the case.
