Plastic EAD card wait time

Hi,

How long does it take on an average to get the plastic EAD card after approval ? Any input will be helpful.

btw, i was chking bcis site today 0- msg has chgd - "This case has been approved. On June 10, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."

Does this mean the card is on its way or only the approval notice is being sent out? those of you who rcvd ur card - what does ur status say on web?
