Well, I changed my job as soon as I got my passport stamped. This is what I did....
1. Called my employer asking him for a raise
2. He had no idea my GC was approved and so I asked him to give me almost 1.5 times my current salary. He ridiculed me.
3. I told him I was serious and that he better let me know in 2 days.
4. He called in 2 days and said f... off.
5. I said OK.
