Another myth debunked: I had read in some discussion on this board that the letter from INS carrying your plastic cards will not be forwarded. So the advice was not to change residences. I didn\'t see any evidence of that. The envelope I received from the INS is NOT marked "Postmaster, do not forward" or any such. So I would assume that the letter would have been forwarded if I had moved.

The only documents we (my wife and me) took were the actual approval notices sent to the lawyer, our passports with all the I-94s, and 2 photographs each. Thats all the appointment noticed asked for and thats all we took. They didn\'t ask for the EADs or the advance parole documents or anything else.

They took our finger print and signatures for the I-89,stamped our passports and that was that.
