Plastic cards fron NSC

Hi,
I 485 was approved on 22nd Oct 2000. My passport was stamped in Oct 2000
I have not yet received the plastic cards from Nebraska Service center. I have not changed the address. Original stamp was expiring so I went to restamp the I551 this time they only stamped for 6 months.

Does any one know how long it takes to get Plastic Cards from NSC after 485 approval.

Hi Ashok,

Have you checked the automated voice message at the NSC. It looks like several folks waiting for the plastic from NSC recently heard a new AVM that says "a card has been ordered on XXX. It takes 330 days to get the card etc." I have seen about three postings where people actually got the cards in the last week.

My details:
NSC. EB1. 485 AD 11/29/00; pp stamped 12/4/00. Restamped 11/1/01. Card ordered (per AVM) on 11/6/01.

Mine pp stamped on Aug 2000 I had restamp in June 2001 that time they stamp valid till September 2001. I checked AVM yesterday it says card ordered on Nov 20th and it take 330 to 360 days

Hi guys,

I received my plastic card yesterday, 11/29/01. The details are as follow :

Card received on Nov/29/01
Card mailed on Nov/26/01
AVM changed to card order on Oct/31/01
passport restamping done in July/01
first stamping done in aug/00
I-485 approval in Jul/00
GC started in Mar/96 under E-3

However, I am still waiting for my wife\'s card. Her AVM says card was ordered on Nov/14/01. May be it will reach within couple of weeks.
