3 months seems to be fast now-a-days! I am waiting for more than 4 months now..

What do your AVM/Online say now?
For me it is:
"Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
from Oct02 onwards.

after approving your case we have ordered new plastic cards and will be mailed as soon as they are ready. 7 days from the day this message changed one may receive card.

My case too got approved in October,'02. The message still says - Process completed. Will send the document when it is ready.

wac # 01265 xxxxx . called up IIO . gave me some crap about my card order being sent in 2 weeks before . said it should come in in 4 weeks .....

anyway ill wait for a bit more and see what i can do .. maybe file for a replacement ???
