Hi I got mine and my wife's passport stamped in July 2002 (NSC). We haven't received our cards yet. I have some questions:

1. Can somebody tell how much time the physical card will take?

2. Can I check the status online or over the phone if they have already send us the cards (and for some reason we haven't received it yet)? If yes, what telephone number and receipt id should I use to check it (I'm NSC)?

3. We have moved to a different address and I have sent the new address to INS using the address changed form. Can I check if they have the correct address for me and my wife on file? If yes, how?

Sure

YOu can call the same NSC number, you used to call for I485 status. The IIO should be able to give you info on your card.
Someone posted that the card manufacturing facility on Kentucky is malfunctioning, and therefore, there is a huge backlog of cards.
