Does anyone know how long it takes to receive plastic card if POE is SFO?

Are there anyone with recent POE at SFO?

12/8/02 arrival SFO
1/7/03 welcome letter from INS, says plastic card will arrive in about 3 weeks

No idea how long it takes, guessing it is similar to LAX. There is another thread in this same folder with LAX experiences.

got welcome letter

12/6/2002 arrival at SFO
got welcome letter on 1/9/2003
says plastic card will come in 3 weeks.

a friend of mine got his plastic card 2 weeks after getting welcome letter. that was 5 months back. his POE also was SFO
 
Received plastic card 1/27/03. INS is right on schedule, now if only the SS card would arrive...
