Plastic card with error

My wife's plastic card arrived with an error. They made her a "guy"....
("Sex: M")
Any ideas what's involved in getting this fixed?
Don't suggest sex change surgery - even though it might work out faster, I am kinda uncomfortable with it.

we are still waiting for our cards, but I remember the INS lady told us to call them if there is an error on the card. So try the 800 number, maybe?
