I-90 is the form you (or the IIO) filled out during your passport stamping. It is the form you left your index fingerprint on, and your signature. It is the form used to order your plastic card.

You had your passport stamped and I-90 filled out? Then do not worry, the cards will eventually arrive. According to the plastic card tracker the average wait from passport stamping to card received is 45 days or so, so your situation is perfectly normal.
 
Still hasn't received plastic card.

PP stamped on 4/27 (10 weeks past after stamping). No Cards received yet. Is there any number to call??

Where can you see the card ordered date ? Online status from USCIS ?

I did my pp on July 9th. I am expecting Card to arrive around 8/23/04 based upon 45 days average.

Go to "https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp". If you register and login, then you can see LUD (last updated date) on cases you added to it (by case number). If your case status changes, it can send you email alterts. That is the only convenience for registering. If you just check you case online without login, then you will see your last case status.

EB2-INDIA
485 --> 28th March 2002.
Three EAD and AP.
FP -->17th April 2003.
Approval --> 7th June, 2004 (along with my Wife and son)Magic e-mail --> 9th June 2004
Letter Received --> 12th June 2004.
Stamped at Atlanta INS --> 14th June, 2004.
Card ordered status updated --> 9th July, 2004
Card mailed status updated --> 14th July, 2004.
E-mail received on 15th July, 2004.
All three of us are getting the updates at the same time.

All family members together. Checked, and happily no errors on cards. The start date is the approval date. However, expiration date is 10 years from the card fabrication date.
I think they process cards in bundles. A friend who did PP a few days later got their cards yesterday too.
