my pp was stamped 1/30/02 at Newark, still waiting

thanks for the info on the G-731....cant one just call IIO to check the status?

Do they update AVM for actual card also? I thought AVM is only upto approval.

Gurus, please throw some light on this.

Yes they do update with a message like this : "On after approving your app. we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready...".

Does it indicate date and time on the approval notice?

If not, can I go and get the stamp anytime if i have a approval notice?

does anybody know causes of delay in plastic cards - for somebody who has not got their cards after

They also asked me the same thing in my approval notice. On the time of stamping, she only took my I-94. Therefore I assume it means I-94. Hope this helps.

cards ordered for self, but not yet for spouse

Both stamped PP on 1/30 at Newark. Card ordered for me on 3/22 but for spouse AVM still says case approved bla bla. Anyone else in the same boat? should I call IIO?
