I have question for u.My CP interview at Chennai is on July19.I got laidoff and out of job.Without current paystub & just with employment
letter can I take a step to go to interview..? Is there any possibility to postphoning cp interview..? please let me know..Thanx..

Thanx for reply..U done with CP..? There is no problem with letter.
My employer provide it for before day to start if I want.But the problem is..
If I am not in job upto july15,then even I don\'t have current paystub.
HOpefully I may get job before end of this month.My CP date is JUly19.
So,some people telling,if I go in that situation,there is a possibility of reject my GC because of more days I am out of status without job.If that is the case,I don\'t have a chance to reentry to this country.BUt I know less than 1% chances only have for this thing.Any ideas..? please let me know.BY the way,do u know what is the out of status period now according to new law..? Ihave latest paystub for first week of June..Thanx..
