Wow, that was fast. I was approved just before Christmas and I received my card in the mail this morning.

The INS is really improving under President Bush.
 
Excellent, congratulations. Just one little thing: THAT WAS NOT FAST. It's 3 months, for God's sakes. They just made us believe that this is fast.

By the standard of the private sector that was slow. By the USCIS standard that was fast.
 
Congratulations!!!! that's an excuse to celebrate this weekend and get drunk!!! cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, did they backdated your green card 1 year?

They did.
 
With all the waiting that we experience, they should backdate it for at least 3 years!!! I hope someday happens!!! ( singing.."Dreamer"..)
