Plastic card received over 1 year after passport stamping

I-485 approved Nov 21, 2000
Passport stamped Dec 5, 2000
2nd time stamped Nov 16, 2001

Plastic card received Dec 11, 2001
My wife still has not get her plastic card.

Looks like things are finally moving wrt plastic cards...
 
Documents for Passport stamping

We took our passports only. Nothing else. We stood in line for 4 hours. The stamping took 1 minute... Passports were stamped at the San Francisco INS office.
 
When did the message changed ?

Could you please let us know when did your AVM changed to following
"Porcessing for alien registration card or green card is complete. INS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready"

and after this message how long it took for the second message ie ".. Card ordered on xx/xx/xxxx date ..."
