Plastic Card Received in TWO WEEKS after PP Stamping and time to sign off

Hello All,

Just for your information if anybody interested.

My passport was stamped on March 20, 2003. They mailed the plastic card on April 04, 2003 and received it yesterday.

i guess the card center is hungry for orders. if INS keeps processing slowly like a snail, people may get their cards shipped on the next day after stamping.
 
They should give them on the spot

Whats the big deal? After pp stamping only the physical card preperation is required. That they can do on the spot.

I got my passport stamped in San Jose immediately after my interview.
