Plastic Card not received?

PP stamping done in End of Aug-2002, status message
changed on Oct first week stating " ...We have ordered a
card for you ...."

I have not received the card yet? Does this mean
the card was lost in the mail? Called INS and was told that It did not get returned to INS either so I was asked by an IIO to file for a replacement, I filed a replacement (I-90) any idea how long it takes for replacement at TSC?

My wife got PP stamping done in second week of Sept-2002 and message changed to "...We have ordered a new card .." in last week of Oct-2002 and she got her Plastic Card the same week.

Anybody with similar exeperience? Any reasons?

Also I was charged a fees $90.0 for replacement even though
I never received the card, and I was given a small receipt
for the amount which just states the amount, the form no.,
and the INS center and official no..

I was told that I do not get any receipt no. that I could use
to track its status on line. and all I needed was the receipt
for the fees that I paid.
