Plastic card not received

We received our approval notice and moved from one state to the another. We informed USCIS but they had already mailed the card at old address.

We filed I 90 for replacement of the card. It's been almost an year now but we still have not received it. We have already stamed passport twice.

USCIS customer service won't have any other information other than they received the application.

Is anybody in the same boat?

It's a very anxious wait.

We got approved but no passport stamp. We are going out of the country in a couple of weeks. How did you get your passport stamped the second time. What did you have to do?

go to the local office by taking appointment by infopass. the instrcutions are on the approval letter.
