Plastic card not ordered

Hi,
Me and my wife stamped our passports together and she already got the plastic card. But service center did not even receive my application from the local office. My wife's online records were systamatically updated during this time and my record did not change after I-485 approval. Is my application lost at local office? What could be the next step? I remember there was one digit mistake while filling the form at local office (A#) and officer told that she will correct it. I am not sure if she really corrected it. If not then that might be the reason?

Should I file for a new card again at the local office (I-90)? What should I tell them when I make infopass visit for this?

Registration Card with your service center and you will know what is the problem.file the form if 60 days have passed after stamping date
** nothing wrong visiting local office and you can ask that you got stamping on >>> and still have not got the card and tell them the problem of A# at the time of stamping

Same here. But I called NSC to enquire about my GC ordering after 35 days passed. The Rep confirmed that VSC did receive fillef I-90 form from local CIS/San Jose and waiting to order the card; Told me check back after 30 more days.
