Plastic card never received

We received our approval notice and moved from one state to the another. We informed USCIS but they had already mailed the card at old address.

We filed I 90 for replacement of the card. It's been almost an year now but we still have not received it. We have already stamed passport twice.

USCIS customer service won't have any other information other than they received the application.

Is anybody in the same boat?

It's a very anxious wait.

Thanks,

Well, my congressman's office told me to file new I-90 and I did.

Short story: Initially I filed it under 'never received' andit automatically waived me the $190 fee. Nebraska said they also don't have it and hence it means that it's 'lost or stolen'. I never got any reply from Nebraska saying that they have denied my application for not receiving the proper fees. My congressman's office told me. It's frustrating to hear that after 1 year. I did not have any choice to file it again with 'proper fees' ($190 and $70 for biometrics). Does anybody have this experience?

thanks,
