plastic card limbo - please help

Hi,

I got my passport stamped last July at the Memphis INS office. I have not received my plastic card yet. When I called INS, they told me that they have not received Form I-89 from Memphis. Any suggestions? Please help!

Just a thought....

..my experience with the folks at Memphis INS has been a very pleasant one. You may want to try and contact them first. To clarify, I have got my passport stamped and have not recd. the plastic cards yet. But I got the stamping done on 3/7/02 and am not expecting one before mid April at the least.
