Plastic card after passport stamping

Here's a question:

Who handles the process of creation of the plastic green card after passport stamping is completed? Is in the service center (Vermont, Nebraska, Texas, California) where the I485 was processed, or is it the local INS office where the passport stamping was done?

I will appreciate any thoughts. Thanks much!
 
Why do you care? It is not clear how does it affect you.

It shouldn't make any difference to you how cis gets its cards produced unless you want to start a business of making cards for them, and looking to contact the right person to get some business.

Relax man relax - go and get some beers- it will chillout your tensed existence now that you have got your passport stamped.
