Hi,
Planning to use Labor Substitution to file I140/485/EAP/AP. Just want to confirm couple of things based on my qualification.
1. If Labor says BS, 4 years degree.
I have an Bachelors of Commerce (3 years) + Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (2 years) + MBA (full time 2 years) before the date of the above approved LC, is it can be used.
2. If labor says BS or equivalent.
Then what ?
3. What other checks that I have to perorm.
