Here are the details:
Labor PD: Apr/02
Concurrent (I-140 and I-485) ND: Jan/20/2004
I-140 AD: Jan/27/2005
I have been waiting forever for the I-485 approval. Client that I work for has also been waiting but now pushing me to use AC21. My consulting company will not have or raise issue if I joing the client. My Job duties will remain exactly the same but the title will change. The labor was filed as Sr. software engineer but the new title will be Oracle DBA. Will that be an issue??? since the job code will be different. But once again the duties are exactly the same as described in the Labor petition..
