I joined new company from X to A by last year Aug,07. now i am planning to change the new company from A to B but my wife went to india and last week she got extension visa till 2010 by using company A I-797. my wife will be back to USA only end June'08. If I join new company now which is B do my
wife needs to go again for visa extension by using company B I-797? and when my wife come back to USA while an immigration at USA airport do my wife needs to show company B I-797 or it is ok to show company A I-797.
One more question is i am planning to bring my parents.. they are going to visa stamping by third week of May'08.. i sent all the documents such as my company A I-797,I-129 and etc to my parents.. if company B takes some more time to process my new transfer visa.. is it recommand to use my company A I-797 and etc.. documents..
