Planning for WOM I-485, good attorney ref in PA

Hello guys,

finally decided to file WOM, cannot afford this wait anymore..

1) Could you please share good attorney's reference in PA area?
2) What is the total turnaround time for WOM?

Why do you wan't to file WOM, since your wife's I-485 (primary applicant) has already been approved - your pending status is as good as the GC itself - as you can work for anyone (on EAD) and go anywhere (on AP) - you will never be out of status.
 
Good question. I also thought the same way until recently, my last EAD approval got delayed and was very worried about it. The process of applying for EAD and AP every 6 months and waiting for it to get approved is not an easy task. Also until you get the GC, your life is uncertain here, it is like you have the job interview scheduled but dont know what will be the outcome!!

After all I started this GC process on 2002 and hope to see an end to it

Hey GC Pain

I think you should not file for WOM, Wait a little while more. There are some cases which are delayed much llonger then yours is, I think you should wait

Sue them -file WOM

I think it's a very good idea ..as it will make them do their Job ..!!!
 
Sue them - I saw one guy who successfully sued after just waiting for 11 monhts....GED69, I think..
