I have visa stamped from company A which is valid till January 29, 2007. I am now working for company B and planning to visit india in last week of December this year and return around January 15, 2007. I have my new I129 from company B which is valid till April 2008. Since I am returning back to US before my Visa (from company A) expires do I need to get visa stamped for company B? Any help is greatly appreciated.

---- Yes, you can travel and come back to US before the expiry of your stamped visa. Carry your H1 B Approval Notice (I-797) from company B with you to show at the POE so that you get your I-94 stamped till April 2008
There is no need for visa stamping unless you want to have it at this point of time

----------NO, at POE show valid visa stamp(through A) AND show company B H1 approval notice at POE you will get I-94 till H1 approval notice validity(april 2008)
*** FYI I-129 is not approval notice I-129 is form to file H1 petition
