Placing JOB ORDER with SWA in texas. Urgent Question

5.3 Should the employer obtain the required information about the placement of job orders from the State Workforce Agency (SWA) in the area of intended employment?

The employer should also check with the SWA in the area of intended employment if it is not certain about how to place a job order. Placement of job orders is required to be in accordance with each SWA’s rules and regulations, which may differ from state to state.

I would like to know how to place the job order in the state of texas. Can some one please provide the right pointers. Is workintexas.com the right place to place the job order ?
