I am selected for dv 2011, when I played I filled Lagos as my city/town of birth and also Lagos as my state but my birth certifcate bear Lagos Mainland. Can I fill Lagos Mainland as place of birth or I should put Lagos the way I applied for the dv in DS-230 and DSP-122 form. Please kindly help.
 
You can use the same name whatever used in your application. These are sensitive things we have to careful in handling. Hope you have all the documents about your city of birth.
