Pl Help : Where do I give my local Indian address?

Guys,

I\'m filling up DS-230 Part I (pkt3) and I know I have to give my local
address in Chennai for packet 4 to be mailed. How do I give this address?
Do I send an extra sheet of paper addressed to the consulate asking them
to send pkt 4 to the madras address?

Add a cover letter requesting this

My lawyer forgot putting this and he had to send a mail to
chennai (see the IV FAQ - one of the questions has the email)
later. Anyway got my packet 4 at my India address.

But according to my lawyer, you should add a cover letter requesting
the Packet 4 to be sent to this address - you can confirm that this
took effect by calling 44-811-2060 after they recived your packet 3
to see if they have a local address on record.
