My friend wife H4 stamping expired (in passport) in Feb 2008. Applied for H4 extenstion in Jan 2008 end and approved on Apr 14 2008
* Currently working on EAD.
* Advance parole posted(applied) on the date she left to India (due to death in the Family).She left on 4/4 but the receipt date on the AP is 4/7.
* Advance parole got rejected due to filing fee issue and resubmited the same application back with the correct fees.
Q1) Can she come back to US using her Advace parole, if that gets approved?
Q2) If she comes back with the H4 stamping, does that invalidate her I-485 (green card process)?
Q3) If she comes back with the H4 stamping, does that invalidate her EAD, can she work using her EAD?
