Pl. HELP. - H1b Transfer but continuing with current job?

A new employer B has filed for my H1b transfer. She mentions that from the start date mentioned, I cannot work for my old employer.

Does this mean, I that I am stuck with no option, but to go and work for the new employer only. ? :eek:

If I have to just continue working for my current employer, Should anything be done? :( :(
 
you are good to stay with current employer, as only one H1 needs to be active at single time (I assume ur old employer has not cancelled H1).. I hope there is no contract with u and ur new employer..which cud cause issues
 
No there is no contract with the new employer. and I am working current employer, not given notice or resigned.

but the h1b transfer has been sent out and that too by premium processing. :(


SO whether the transfer gets approved or denied..... I dont have to be concerned right? and also I need not tell anyone in the future? is that correct? Just forget abt this.. ?
