I got the GC approval on 10-31-02 and got stamped on 11-08-02 at Philly. Have not received card yet.

I changed job on 10-14-02. Filed AR11.

Now my Attorney wants to file AC21 with reference to my change of job.

What do you feel about this. Is it required at this stage.

Does this lawyer want to ruin your GC? With the GC in hand, run far away from the lawyer. His job is done and politely ask him to butt off! AC21 is only before GC approval and that too, I've seen many folks in the forum who have not used AC21 until RFE is issued.

You are just fine. Get the Plastic and enjoy life.

Agree with upstate_ny

There is no requirement or reason to file AC21 after your GC approval.
