I am in chicago . Which port of enrty i can go for my td visa . I am legally in us.
i am planning to go to Port Huron, MI . where i can get more information .

What do you mean by "Visa" , and what status are you in right now. Was an I-539 filed for you?

No , My husband has 2 Tn . One he got for new job on 25th jan 2010 and second TN + ( my TD) is going to expierd on 9th nov 2012. He is planning to resign from second job next week . In that situation i thought we have to go to border for new
TD Visa .

No, your TD status is depending on your husband's TN status -- ANY TN status. Your TD is good as long as he has any valid TN, until 11/9/12. Your I-94 (which indicates your status, you do not get VIsa at consulate unless you are not Cdn) is still valid.
