if its very hard to get in touch with your attorney for cp, let me tell you one thing, there is no need of attorney for you when you are going for cp. you can fill in the packet3 and send it on your own. there is no need of attorney for you when you are doing cp, there are lot of people in this forum who has done this prev and not even faced a small problme with it. the only which you need at later point of time is you need to get a copy of your lc and 140 from your attorney. its very easy to apply on your own,
