I had mailed both her and Sen. Feinstein about my case.
Lady from Congwoman Eshoo's office calls and says that we were following up on your case and realized that you were working with the Senators office too. She says "you really shouldnt do that. It forces both of us to put in so much effort."
felt sheepish but hell if they understand what we go through
Its odd the BCIS maintains all this kind of bogus info to share.

I can understand both you and her. Its better to work with one representative only. But, if you don't receive any response, try another one. And, this is exactly what I would have told her (that I contacted Senator's office but never received any response....).

You should also keep sending fax to level I then level II.
