PIO - Proof of current US address for minor ?

For a minor, you don't and should not worry too much on these requirements. This is the first time I have heard of such a requirement. Most of the Indian consulates do not have such a requirement at the current time.
If you cannot provide anything with your child's name and address on it then just leave it at that. If you insist, try to get photocopies of documents with your child's name and address on it, such as:
a) any school document
b) Pediatrician's visits, medical provider, pharmacy etc

I was referring to US address not Indian address.
Does his passport carry indian address? does yours/spouses?
Notarized copies of those pages was enough for our kids...
