I like periodically checking up on this receipt number (not mine). Makes me remember how screwed up their organization is:

Don't want to sound too passimistic, but may be this case was denied and they didn't file the MTR. Or even when they filed MTR/appeal, it was rejected.

I can tell from my own experience, once a case (atleast 140 or 485) is denied, the message keeps saying received on date ...

This may explain why the message keeps saying recd on this said receipt #.

My 2 cents.
