Pibo or some one please help on ead renewal

Hi guys
Please if possible can u give me reply on these questions

1) can i send ead renewal applications for me and my wife in one envelop or two different envelopes.
2) i need to send 2 different personal checks or one(for the amount $350) is enough.
3) currently my case is with st paul , minnesota district office , so where i have to apply for my EAD Rrenewal, i mean to chicago office or stpaul district office.

2. Two Seperate checks for $175 each.
3. Chicago Office
