physically present for at least 30 months???

I've been a permanent residence since 2006 but I only stayed here in US for june 2010 until now june 2014.
I have stayed for at least 30 months already but I still need 1 more year to apply for natularization..
Am I not allowed to go to other countries even if I stayed more than 30 months already? I am planning to go for a vacation just for 2 weeks in japan, would if affect my application for naturalization if I leave?
 
The physical presence requires a total of 30 months (913 days to be exact) of presence within the 5 years before the naturalization filing date. If you have almost 4 years of presence at this point, a 2-week trip here and there won't bring you below 30 months.
 
They care about your presence in the US 5 years prior to your application. You'll be fine with your 2 week-long vacation.
