Physical Presence - confirming I'm good to go

Can someone please confirm I'm good to apply. I'm currently overseas, plan on returning to apply in november. I may then have to leave again between biometrics and interview or oath, but that still depends...

As far as I understand, I needed 3 months to establish my residence in the state, (not necessarily immediately before I apply, as long as I maintained residence throughout even while away) and that I need to have been away for no more than 18 out of 36 month (applying 3 years marriage based)... and no having left for more than 6 months at a time... So how many days in the past year I have been absent is irrelevant?!

Here is a list of my travels since receiving my GC in Aug 06

Your trip lengths don't presume continuous residency break, but expect to be asked the purpose of your trips since they are frequent. Unless you were working for a foreign company in your home country you should be fine.

also agree with the previous posts ....yoo may expect some questions from IQ during the interview ..if those were business trips, you may consider getting some letter/document from your company or your client/partner entity (to be clear this is not a requirement ...but given frequency and length of the trips, it is not a bad idea to have one OR any other document (if the purpose was not business)....again, this is not a requirement.
