Photos for EAD

Lawyer seemed to think as long as the images were right size and fell under guidelines (left ear showing etc.) there should not be a problem. Sending everything off today.

It clearly says in that file
"Polaroid film hybrid #5 is acceptable. However SX-70 type film or any other instant processing type film is unacceptable."

So it means digital is not acceptaed.
 
I did read that but will take the chance and send what I have. I have told lawyer to look at them and let me know what she thinks.

I am working 65+ hours a week at the moment and to take time to go downtown to the other photographers place is very difficult. Others seem to have had no problem so we'll see.

Was your lawyer ok with the digital photographs for your EAD renewals?

I am getting ready to apply on my own. Since doubts were raised by some members here, wanted to know, what your lawyers had to say on this.
