I just filled online application of Part A and printed filled application along with Part-B and instructions. Photograph size instruction on printed is conflicting with houston website. Houston website is asking 3.5cm X 3.5cm and printed instruction is asking 51mm X 51mm (close to 2in X 2in). Which one I should believe? Please help.

Sharma Ji, this has been answered so many times, you just have to search for it rather than starting a new Thread ....

Anyways, just go to Walgreen and get the US Passport Size photos with whatever the background they have. Don't worry about the instructions on application, they accept US Passport Size photos. Don't try to save money... you will have lot other places where you can do that.

Hope this helps.

OCI photos requirement is not specific to one embassy. Any local photo center such as Costco, Sams, Walgreens should get you 2 US passport size photos and that's acceptable. Don't get confused with size and background..... standard US passport size photos are perfectly fine for your OCI application.

do not worry too much about photos. They were rejectedin the past but i have not read any recent posts where application is rejected due to photos.
