Do we need to attach two photographs with Re-entry permit application?

Hi verma,
Yes you need to submit two identical color photographs of the applicant taken within 30 days of the application filing.

Two photographs are mandatory. The photographs should comply with the standards mentioned by the USCIS - white/off-white background,glossy finish on a thin paper, untouched and unmounted. If at all you intend to submit a digital photograph, then it should be atleast 3.5 megapixels in resolution

The instructions actually seem to indicate the no photograph is required for a re-entry permit, only Refugee Travel Document or Advanced Parole Document (see section 2A).

But regardless, read the instructions thoroughly before submitting the application.

Photo for RTD? I thought it was JUST AP. They will take photos at the biometrics appointment usually.
