Photo validator?

Does anybody have some problems with checking photo by photo validator? Link
I can't check my photo, after clicking button "Check Photo" after few seconds it displays "Cannot find server". The same error was yesterday.
Anybody else?

you don't need to go any other website as they are not trusted or official, just try again. Probably either your internet was very slow or at the time you were checking DV lottery website was experiencing huge traffic. Try again, aslo double check URL you typed it correctly

The problem has been caused by slow internet connection. I solved that problem today connecting via another internet provider.

Can I submit picture with .JPG extension or it must be exactly .JPEG ?

Does anybody knows what do I need put in the field "14. Number of Children" if I have no children? Zero (0) or something else?

Yes - to the first question, 0 - to second.
