Photo for USC

Hello,

I found out that my wife who is a USC also needs to send her photos along with I -130. Does her photo needs to follow same INS guidelines as mine (right ear to left cheeks and all that ...)

Yes it does. Actually if you go to any photographer (I had gone to the photo shop in Sears) and tell them that its for immigration purposes, they will know what to do.
But answer to your question is that both your and your wife's pictures have to be as per the standard mentioned in the INS form instructions
