photo for stamping

We're goin' for the passport stamping tomorrow at the INS office in Arlington. Does anyone know a photo studio close to the INS office? In case if you do, could you please give me the name of the studio. I wanted to know whether they would be open to take photos early in the morning (around 7:30 am).

Hey

If I were you, I wouldn't risk the chance. I suggest you to take your photo today and get ready for tomorrow. As far as I know if you don't have everything in handy, you can wait another few months to get stamped.
