photo background

hi everybody

i took a digital pic for the lottery, the photographer replaced the grey background with a white one using photoshop ... the background the pic was taken in front of was white but it turned into light grey after he downloaded the pic to the computer, so he cut the background and replaced it with a white one and i sent this digital pic directly without printing and scanning it ... is the replacing of the background considered manipulation and will lead to the rejection of the entry? thank u

If the photo edit is clearly seen by naked eye, they might disqualify the entry.
Otherwise if its a real pro job and no edit touch is seen and all the rest of the rules are follow, then it's all fine.
