I got my approval on the 14th of March. I had gone to the INS office on Central Avenue on the 20th ( after I got my approval notice in mail ). I reached there at 7:15 am. I was under the impression that I would get it done the some day but they gave out appointments for the 3rd of April and asked us to come then. So I went today 15 mins before my appointment time. Had to wait for about 20-25 minutes before my number was called. The officer did not ask for AP or EAD. Wife\'s photos became a problem since some part of her ear was covered !! had to get fresh fotos but the officer gave us a pass so that we could go directly to her after getting the fotos. ( there is a photo place right across the street ) Everything else was smooth. The stamp is valid for exactly 1 year.
