Phoenix AZ N400 timeline, anyone?

Hello folks,

anyone there on this board who went through N400 in last one year in Phoenix area?

If so can you please post your timeline?

Also anyone from Phx who did name change if so what was the 'extra' damage?

I was told AZ is one of the slower regions for N400 due to logjam of applications coming from amnesty greencards maturing. could this be true?

I applied last year and it took 11 months for me from the time of application to getting the passport in may hands. Hope this helps...
 
It takes about 7-8 months in Phoenix from application to
the oath ceremony ( I did not request a name change )

I applied in mid Jan 03, was interviewed in mid July 03
and took the oath yesterday Sep 05, 03.
