Are they browsing, may be yes, but to gauge the issues or difficulties that we encounter ... hell NO, they are browsing to enjoy our pain and suffering that they are give us. Why I say that, cos there have been so many new ideas, suggestions, recommendations given on this forum to improve the process but has anyone of them implemented yet, I don't think so...
